Shipping policy

At Capfitted, we work hard to get your order to you quickly and reliably. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our processing times, shipping methods, and delivery estimates.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (CST), Monday through Friday are processed the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time, or on weekends and public holidays, are processed the next business day.

Order Processing (Handling Time)

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after the order is placed. This includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods, Transit Time & Total Delivery Time

We offer two shipping options at checkout. "Transit Time" is the time the carrier takes to deliver after your order ships. "Estimated Total Delivery Time" combines handling time and transit time.

Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States. If you are located outside our standard shipping area, please contact us at support@capfitted.com before ordering to confirm availability.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is free on all orders. Express shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address before you complete your purchase. There are no hidden fees — the total you see at checkout is the total you pay.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.

Delays

While we do our best to meet the delivery estimates above, occasional delays can occur during peak seasons, holidays, or due to carrier issues. If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out and we will help track it down.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us within 24 hours and we will do our best to update it before the order ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
