Return & Refund Policy

At Capfitted, we want you to love your order. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and refund process, described in full below.

Return Window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days from delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Free Return Shipping

Returns are free. We provide a prepaid return shipping label for all eligible returns within the United States — there is no return shipping cost to you and we do not charge any restocking fees.

Conditions for a Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it;
  • In its original packaging with all tags attached;
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

This policy applies to general returns, including change-of-mind ("buyer's remorse") returns, as well as defective or incorrect items.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@capfitted.com or contact us via live chat or phone at (512) 919-6856 with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Our team will review your request and email you a prepaid return shipping label along with simple instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely, attach the label, and drop it off with the carrier.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval of your refund.

  • Refund method: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Processing time: We process approved refunds within 2 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.
  • Time to appear: Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or style, the fastest way is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order. If you'd prefer a direct exchange, contact us and we'll be happy to help arrange one, subject to availability.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs, at no charge to you.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After 24 hours, your order may already be processed for shipment and can no longer be cancelled — in that case, you can return it under the standard 30-day return policy once it arrives. To cancel, email support@capfitted.com as soon as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" at the time of purchase cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective. Any such exceptions are clearly noted on the product page.
